Details:	SUMMARY: Alert for Positive Total and E.Coli Coliform on Repeat Samples DETAILS: DWP contacted me stating that system had positive results for total and E.Coli Coliform. ACTION NEEDED: After talking with the DWP it was advised to have the firm flush the storage tank and run 1.5 times the volume of water through storage tank and make sure there is no chlorine smell in the water after flushing. Make sure UV light is working, then take two repeat samples. If the samples are absent the firm will be able to remove posted Tier 1 sign and use water again for food service activities, coffee, and soda fountain. Then in September five routine samples need to be taken.
