Details: SUMMARY: Alert for Positive TCR & E Coli DETAILS: Firm had a positive total coliform test in September and October. A routine positive for total coliform on 9/20/07 and a routine positive for total coliform and E. coli on 10/18/07. ACTION NEEDED: Firm was called today to notify them of the letter that will be sent in addition to the sanitary survey for Annette Pampush from Tillamook County. I also informed owner that a letter was sent from ne today regarding the need to use bottled water for customer beverages and boil or bottled water for dishwashing, food washing, and washing of all food contact surface. This is necessary until the firm has approved filtration system for surface water.
