| Details: | SUMMARY: No Chlorine Residual Alert October 2007 DETAILS: Called and spoke with for regarding the alert for 0 chlorine residual as tested during the October 2007 routine sample for space #12. I reminded him that a detectable chlorine residual must be maintained throughout the distribution and to take some follow up tests for residual and take any necessary actions needed to provide that residual as required.
