| Details: | SUMMARY: +T/C on 4th Quarter Routine DETAILS: Called and spoke with Cole regarding the positive TC sample. I noticed that they had a prior positive from August 2007 taken from the same kitchen sink. I advised Cole that may not be an adequate testing site - it may have an aeration screen on the tap. We discussed proper sample site/technique and I asked Cole to give a list of them to the testing lab. Cole is contacting the lab to have the 4 resamples done asap. I also informed him that the water system was in violation because the expected 5 temporary routines for September were not taken. I reminded him to insure the lab takes the required temporary routines this time (5 in December). ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat testing | ||
