| Details: | SUMMARY: 4 Repeats Positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: 5 resamples were taken 11/13/07. Four of the Five samples were positive for total coliform. Ms. Massey with chlorinate the well this weekend and take a special sample after chlorination is complete. We discussed the need to issue a tier II public notice within the next 30 days. Will issue notice after the chlorination is complete and special sample is negative. ACTION NEEDED: Shock chloriate system and issue the public notice within the 30 day limit. | ||
