| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Ecoli on Resample DETAILS: Alert # COLI4813. Resamples from 11/16/07 have one positive e.coli and three TC. Spoke with Mr. Olson this morning and the public notice was posted Saturday. There was an air lock in the chlorinator that was repaired and resamples have been taken. Was told they need to take five routines in the month of Dec. ACTION NEEDED: Fax copy of public notice to state at 971.673.0458, system has been repaired, public notice issued and resamples are being taken. | ||
