| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Coliform Sample 11.8.07 DETAILS: Positive sample taken 11.8.07. Drury took 4 resamples 11.12.07. She states her husband has replaced some hose bibs and felt that might have caused the problem. The resamples have been taken and we discussed her plan of action for the result of the resamples. If the samples all come back negative she will take 5 routine samples in the month of December. If any are positive she plans to flush the system and chlorinate if necessary. ACTION NEEDED: Follow coliform sampling plan. If positive will flush system and chlorinate if necessary. | ||
