| Details: | SUMMARY: +T/C for November Routine DETAILS: Spoke with Melvin via phone. He is checking the chlorination system for the ws and said he will take 4 repeat samples asap. He mentioned that the did a test for the well at the same time as the routine and it was absent of coliform. As this this a repeat (1pos/3neg) of the routine sample 4 additional samples need to be taken. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat testing. | ||
