| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Monthly Take 12/13/07 +TC DETAILS: I spoke with Mrs. Beaudoin and reviewed the protocol (4 RPs asap, 5 temp RTs in January) and she said she would call Kim at work and pass on the message. I asked them to make sure the lab comes out soon and does the RPs and to call me if any are +TC because they will need to do a PN. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time-- will continue to monitor the situation. | ||
