| Details: | SUMMARY: Quarterly Nitrate Taken 10/16/07 Exceeds Half the MCL DETAILS: On 11/27/07 I spoke to Penny about switching nitrate to annual testing since quarterly testing has been R&C below the MCL for two years. She said yes they would like that. I sent a Chem Monitoring Schedule Change Form into Chuck Michael on same date and schedule has been changed. ACTION NEEDED: No further action at this time-- I will continue to monitor. | ||
