Details: SUMMARY: State Reg: TCR MCL - 2 of 4 Repeats Taken 12/18/07 +TC DETAILS: I left a message reviewing the protocol-- correcting the problem (I.e. super chlorinate the well), a Public Notice need to be given to the users and copy sent in (template on the DHS-DWP website), and that 5 temp routines are to be take in December. I also reminded them to do a nitrate test before the end of the year.I asked them to call if there is a new contact for this system or if they have any questions. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time-- I will continue to monitor the situation.
