Made contact in field with new operator and received updated contact information. Informed new operator of POSITIVE total coliform result, and told him to take 4 repeat sampls immediately. One upstream, one downstream, one at the source, and one random location. ACTION NEEDED: Update new operator contact information at the state level. Operator need to take 4 repeat samples as listed above.
