| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed Non-reporting Violation for 3rd Quarter 2007 DETAILS: Andy said that he took the 3rd quarter sample too late (10/8/07). I gave him an overview of the months in each quarter and reminded him that it has to be reported, not sampled by the 10th day of the following quarter.I also discussed the coliform bacteria sampling plan routine sample sites, as he drew the 4th quarter sample at the wellhead. He said that the plan did not have a 4th routine site listed so he thought it would be ok to sample at the wellhead. I discussed the reasons for sampling for CB quarterly in the distribution system. I also discussed how to rotate the 3 routines throughout the year.I asked Andy to monitor for 4th quarter CB again since the first time (10/07) was taken at the wellhead and 3rd quarter was missed.
