| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed TCR Non-Reporting for 3rd Quarter 2007 Violations With Pam Peck DETAILS: Third quarter monitoring was taken on October 9, 2007 - a little too late. Pam is going to change labs to ensure proper M/R.Also discussed with her that only on routine sample was taken in November instead of 5 routines that month following a positive CB sample. I asked her to take 4 more routines ASAP. Asked her to follow the sampling plan when taking repeats and pass the sampling plan on to the lab to ensure that they know there are 2 routine sample sites, not one.Also mentioned that nitrate and arsenic have not been M/R yet. ACTION NEEDED: Ensure that 4 more routines were M/R in December to make up for non-reporting them in November. | ||
