| Details: | SUMMARY: Informed New Owner of La Roca Restaurant of The Positive TC Sample on 08/01/07 DETAILS: I met with Mr. Marin, the new owner of La Roca Restaurant on 8/21/07. At that time I informed him of the 8/01/07 positive TC sample. Mr. Marin said that he did not know about the positive sample. Informed Mr. Marin that he would have to take 4 repeats ASAP. He took all four repeats on August 22, 2007, one day after I informed him.A violation was given for non-reporting of repeat sampling. The repeats were M/R on 8/22/07 after the 8/16/07 deadline. ACTION NEEDED: I informed Mr. Marin about the timeline for taking repeat sampling and all other monitoring and reporting requirements on 8/21/07. | ||
