| Details: | SUMMARY: Spoke with Rebecca regarding the TCR non-reporting violation for 3rd quarter 2007. DETAILS: Rebecca said that she M/R for TC in the 3rd quarter. She will call the lab and have them sent the results to the DWP and Linn County ASAP. I asked her about the 4th quarter TC and she said that she hasnt M/R 4th quarter yet. I discussed with her that when she spoke with JM in March 2007 she agreed to stay current with M/R. She does not know when the facility will reopen. ACTION NEEDED: Check to see if 4th quarter TC was M/R. | ||
