| Details: | SUMMARY: Missing Coliform Samples DETAILS: Telephoned Mr. Downs and discussed his lack of previous sampling and ensuing SNC status. Mr. Downs stated that the restaurant portion of his business had closed about a year and a half ago. Mr. Downs further stated that no ice or water was being used and the soda fountains were no longer used. All water used for consumption is bottled. Mr. Downs additionally stated that the only use of water was the restroom for toilets and hand washing. ACTION NEEDED: Mr. Downs was told that his water system would be deactivated. However, I informed Tom that should he reopen the restaurant or use any water for consumption, he would need to contact the Department of agriculture to reactivate the system and resume testing. | ||
