| Details: | SUMMARY: alert total coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Bill today about the recent total coliform present sample taken 1/23/08. He said the chlorinator was broken at the time Delta lab took the sample. The chlorinator has since been fixed and is working properly. He will take 4 repeat samples tomorrow. I also told him he is required to take five routine samples in month of February 2008. ACTION NEEDED: take four repeat samples asap, take five routine samples next month. | ||
