| Details: | SUMMARY: Owner wants to add 4 RV Spaces in Spring of 2008 DETAILS: Russ Mattis is the new owner of the facility and he wants to add 4 RV spaces. That is the limit DEQ gave him for the existing septic system. Jennifer Chacon at 541-240-1261 is the contract license inspector for the facility. I told Mr. Mattis to contact Lake County for appropriate building codes permits. The piping and RV layout is jurisdiction of plumbing codes/building codes.The license authority (Lake Co by contract) issues the RV license based on approvals by DEQ, Building Codes, and DWP (Well Source). ACTION NEEDED: Russ Kazmerzack is checking well log for the system. Sanitary Survey should be done as part of plan approval. | ||
