| Details: | I spoke with Ron and we discussed the need to take a source sample with any repeat samples during a positive coliform alert. We also discussed changing the sampling schedule from monthly back to quarterly. There are several months missing in the 12 month period; The operator believes a sample is missing and believes they have completed 12 consecutive months. The operator plans to follow up with the lab and then our office. | ||
