| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive T/C Routine for September 2007 DETAILS: I called and spoke with Laura about the positive sample. She said she has spoken with the lab that took the sample and was told the sample site was not flushed - first draw water was taken. I informed her of the repeat testing requirement and where those 4 repeats should be taken from. She said she would follow up with the lab to insure the required testing is done - including 5 temporary routines in October if the repeats are clean.
