| Details: | SUMMARY: +TC on 2nd Round of Repeats DETAILS: Tom called to report a coliform detection in one of the 4 repeat samples. He has since disinfected the well and distribution then flushed the system. 4 more repeats have been taken. Tom mentioned the positive sample came from the kitchen sink which has a swivel faucet. We discussed the need for adequate sample taps. I faxed Tom the Public Notice template for unresolved total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat testing | ||
