| Details: | SUMMARY: The Operator State He Will Disinfect, Provide PN DETAILS: The operator reports that two repeat samples collected 11/20/07 were positive for TC. Sample sites: Space 1105 and Space 1085. I sent Jim instructions for disinfection and PN forms. I recommended a check sample be taken 4-5 days after flushing. ACTION NEEDED: Ill call in about ten days to discuss status. | ||
