| Details: | After several attempts, I contacted Mr. Rogers regarding the significant deficiencies for this system. He has provided the completed: 1. Operations/maintenance manual 2. Emergency response plan 3. Coliform sampling plan. All deficiencies are considered resolved. I will update online. |
