| Details: | SUMMARY: The Operator States He Will Disinfect, Collect Five Routines in January 2008 DETAILS: The operator reports that two repeat samples collected 12/12/07 at Spaces 1035 and 1040 were TC positive. Two other repeats were "absent", including a site that was previously positive. The repeats were not required -- for his information.The operator plans to disinfect the system Monday. He believes he may not have disinfected the entire distribution previously but will attempt to do so this time.He will M/R five routines in January 08. ACTION NEEDED: N/A | ||
