| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ alert for routine sample DETAILS: Called and talked to Roxanne Hand regarding TC+ sample. Roxanne was also informed that the water system never completed the 5 follow-up routine samples after they shocked the well as a result of repeat samples that were TC+ in October 2007. She indicated that the five samples were collected and that the laboratory called and informed her that the routine samples were negative for coliform. Roxanne was going to contact the lab to determine why the samples did not get reported to Portland. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4 repeat samples (1 at the positive sample site, 1 within five connections upstream, 1 within five connections downstream, and 1 at the well/source). Also informed her that if the repeats are negative then they would need to collect five routine samples the month following the repeats. | ||
