Details:	SUMMARY: alert-total coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Bruce today about recent total coliform tested 2/20/08 present. Bruce said the UV sleeve was too cloudy or burned to effectively treat the water. Bruce is working on getting a new sleeve today through oregon water services. I asked Bruce to look into why the lamp didnt automatically shut-off when sleeve was too dirty. Bruce will shock system tonight and flush on the 26th, he said he will take four repeat samples later this week on the 27th or 28th. He knows to also take five routines in March 2008 ACTION NEEDED: take four repeat samples, correct problem, take five routine samples.
