| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to monitor for Arsenic in 2007 DETAILS: Violation page indicated that the water system failed to monitor and report for Arsenic during the 2005-2007 monitoring period. Doug Thomas was contacted and indicated that the Arsenic sample was collected in June 2007, but was not submitted to the state until February 2008. ACTION NEEDED: In the future, the water system will need to collect and submit the results for Arsenic during the monitoring period. | ||
