ACTION NEEDED: Quarterly sampling for 2,4-D for 1 year (2008).
Assuming quarterly sampling is Reliably & Consistently below the MCL, WS then proceeds to annual sampling for 2,4-D (during the first rain events in Autumn) for 3 years.
Then, presumably, 2,4-D returns to triennial sampling.
