| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator aware of E. coli present sample. DETAILS: Spoke with John Webb at 2:40 PM about the two E. coli present samples. John stated he posted the boil water notice last Friday, 2/29/2008, and was taking repeat samples today. I confirmed with him that 5 routine samples also need to be collected before the end of March. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4 repeat samples immediately and collect 5 routine samples within the month of March. | ||
