| Details: | I spoke with the operator (Barbara Orduff) at the Wells Creek Dist Improv Co. She confirmed that the sample that was positive for coliform was a source sample (pre-UV treatment). All samples reported after UV treatment are negative for coliform and e-coli (records are being maintained). We discussed her plan review deficiencies that remain unaddressed: The president of the company is working to fix all items before June 7th. They will contact Caroline Gross-Regan for specific questions/concerns. | ||
