| Details: | SUMMARY: Asthetic complaint DETAILS: I received a complaint from a resident that the water is cloudy and tan. I spoke with Randy Reitz with Oregon Water Services, who said the Iron-removal system needs a new type of filter because the existing filters are not sufficient. He said he will put in the new filters in the next couple months. I told the resident this and reassured her that the Iron is not a health concern. ACTION NEEDED: Randy Reitz will install new Iron filters. | ||
