Details:	SUMMARY: System INACTIVE effective 11/01/2007 DETAILS: The system has been closed since November 1, 2007 and is for sale. Kent Madison, owner, does not intend to open the establishment again as a dude ranch/tourist facility. Potential buyers include organizations who may operate the facility as a youth rehabilitation group home. Debbie Shaw is the bookeeper for Kent Madison. ACTION NEEDED: When facility re-opens, sample requirements will be based on nature of operation.
