Details: SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study Technical Report DETAILS: System has installed a new membrane filter plant that operates at 300 gpm and the DWP has required a new tracer study to determine contact time due to increased flow. I reviewed and evaluated the data collected and completed the technical report for the chlorine contact time tracer study on October 217, 2007 and mailed it to the system. ACTION NEEDED: None
