Details: SUMMARY: Stage 2 DBPR Assistance DETAILS: PWS requested HBH assistance for preparation of the Standard Monitoring Plan (SMP) for compliance with Stage 2 DBPR. The plan is due 4/1/08. I contacted Wendy Marshall (EPA) for assistance with site selection and justification. I received more information from Allen Middaugh and completed the SMP for him to submit to the EPA. ACTION NEEDED: None unless requested by system.
