Details: SUMMARY: total coliform present DETAILS: Spoke with Shawn about recent total coliform present result taken 3/13/08. He didnt know why the sample had coliform bacteria present. I told him to take four repeat samples asap and await results. Take five additional routine samples in April 2008. ACTION NEEDED: take four repeat samples asap and await resutls.
