| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed systems request for hearing. DETAILS: The Agency received a request for hearing in regards to the Order issued on 3/3/2008. I called Mike on 3/18 and again 3/19 to discuss the request. Mike stated on 3/19 that the system was planning on disconnecting well #2 as required by the Order. He called on 3/20 to confirm that the well had just been disconnected from the PWS. I notified Deb Hoy at Linn County and requested that she confirm the disconnection as required by the Order. ACTION NEEDED: None after verification that well #2 (an unapproved source) has been disconnected and no longer supplies water to the system. | ||
