Details: | SUMMARY: CT Study DETAILS: System needed assistance submitting a CT Study. I visited the system for the purpose of conducting the study on 1/31/08. The operators were on site for assistance during the study. The conventional plant a TriMite by US Filter uses a post hypo-chlorination as the primary disinfection for the plant’s treatment and filtration process. Raw water at a rate of 70 gpm was metered to the treatment process from the Toketee Lake Penstock. The post-chlorination process was paced by the plant’s effluent meter signal. Residences are served from a combined storage system of tow 5,000 gallon tanks located above the operations center and village complex. The first user was sampled for residual chlorine prior to the study with a HACH Colorimeter II. An on line HACH CL-17 provided residual readings post filtration through-out the study. ACTION NEEDED: Review study data and complete report and letter of certification. |
