| Details: | The water system had a total coliform detection in the distribution, in response to the alert I called Mr. Pennington to discuss the positive sample result. He was aware of the positive result and had already resampled at the location, above location, and below the location. He also checked the chlorine residual and stated it was 1.1 mg/L. He attributed the positive result to potential sampling error. Results of the latest sampling are pending; The next region 2 OHA phone duty personnel should follow up. | ||
