Details: SUMMARY: Follow-up to CL residual under min limits. DETAILS: Ed took the sample and said there was a chlorine residual. The level was 0.03. He faxed the lab result indicating this. According to Joe Carlson at State he was going to look into this and see where the glitch is in the system. Attaching the lab report which shows a residual. ACTION NEEDED: N/A
