| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow-up to TCR 10/12/07. DETAILS: Norma Origer came into the office to discuss action on her second round of testing. She was notified from the lab that they had a second TCR positive. She spoke with Dave Leland from the State who advised them to shock the well and the tank, flush the lines, and retest on Monday. She was advised to shock the storage tank with 10 cups of 12% bleach and for the well 2 cups of 12%. She was advised to test the well on her next round of samples. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
