| Details: | SUMMARY: n/a DETAILS: 11/5/07- Contact water system operator, left message to call back. 11/6/07- Talked with operator. Repeat samples have been taken and submitted to WaterLab. 11/8/07 - 2 repeat samples (upstream and downstream) both came back POSITIVE. Operator to shock chlorinated system and take more repeat samples for each positive repeat sample. 11/13/07 - Operator called. All repeat samples have been verified as NEGATIVE. Waiting for confirmation from WaterLab. 11/19/07 - Received confirmation result faxes from WaterLab showing all repeat samples NEGATIVE. ACTION NEEDED: Take (5) routine samples during the next routine sample period. | ||
