| Details: | SUMMARY: n/a DETAILS: Received POSITIVE TCR for two routine samples on 7/10/07. Contacted operator to discuss follow up action. Operator stated system was aware of POSITIVE TCR results and had already taken repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: Told operator to take five repeat samples for each POSITIVE TCR sample, including upstream, downstream, source, and random. I also informed operator to send contact letters to each user due to multiple POSITIVE results. All repeat samples returned NEGATIVE. | ||
