| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary survey deficiency follow-up call to PIC. DETAILS: Follow-up contact with Mike Miles to verify the deficiencies in the previous sanitary survey have been corrected. Mike contacted Mark Dodge who works at the site. Mark confirmed that the access to spring #5 has been secured with a lock and a operations and maintenance manual has been started and is located in the pump house and the pressure tank building.
