Details: SUMMARY: Phone call from operator re: TC+. November 5, 07. DETAILS: System operator contacted me by phone to inform our department of the positive sample. I told her that the system was not in violation yet and that repeat samples needed to be taken ASAP. She said, they would do them quickly. I also reminded her of the 5 routines next month following a positive. No public notice necessary yet. ACTION NEEDED: n/a
