| Details: | SUMMARY: Construction inspection - UV installation Pln Rvw #05-2008 DETAILS: Met with Charlie to inspect installation of UV equipment (Equipment as-built schematic attached. Installation is according to plans and requirements, but lacks a safety shut-off valve wired to the intensity monitor as required. System does have an alarm. ACTION NEEDED: System will need to install a solenoid valve wired to UV monitor. OK to use system until installed. | ||
