| Details: | SUMMARY: IOC M/R Violation error DETAILS: Violations received for not sampling IOCs in 05-07 and EP-F in 02-04. After speaking with Elaine (lab manager at Junction City) and checking SDWIS, I determined that they had sampled all Entry Points during the required monitoring periods and that the violations were in error. I e-mailed a request to DMCE for the violations to be removed. ACTION NEEDED: Await violation removal from SDWIS by DMCE. | ||
