| Details: | SUMMARY: Stage II DBPR Assistance DETAILS: System requested circuit rider assistance for preparation of the Standard Monitoring Plan (SMP) for compliance with Stage 2 DBPR. The SMP is due 4/1/08. The SPM involves evaluating water quality data from several sources in the system to determine sampling sites and schedules for Stage II DBPR in 2009-10.I met with Ned to provide an overview of the rule and what is required and when. I conducted an initial review of water quality data (chlorine residuals, CT reports, DBP results, unfiltered data) along with the distribution map and where Stage I samples had been collected. I conducted a preliminary review of water quality data in order to establish sample sites ACTION NEEDED: Finish Data Review and complete the SMP. | ||
