| Details: | SUMMARY: Stage II DBPR Assistance DETAILS: System requested circuit rider assistance for preparation of the Standard Monitoring Plan (SMP) for compliance with Stage 2 DBPR. The SMP is due 4/1/08. The SPM involves evaluating water quality data from several sources in the system to determine sampling sites and schedules for Stage II DBPR in 2009-10.I met with Terry to provide an overview of the rule and what is required and when. I further reviewed and evaluated the data (chlorine residuals, CT reports, DBP results, unfiltered data) to determine where representative sample sites will be located in the distribution system. I prepared a preliminary plan that I will review with Wendy Marshall R10 EPA. ACTION NEEDED: Complete the SMP and review with Terry before it is submitted to EPA. | ||
