| Details: | SUMMARY: Stage II DBPR Assistance DETAILS: System requested circuit rider assistance for preparation of the Standard Monitoring Plan (SMP) for compliance with Stage 2 DBPR. The SMP is due 4/1/08. The SPM involves evaluating water quality data from several sources in the system to determine sampling sites and schedules for Stage II DBPR in 2009-10.I met with Rick on 2/7/08 and gathered all the data needed for the SMP and reviewed the overall requirements of the rule with him during the site visit. I further reviewed all data (chlorine residuals, CT reports, DBP results, CT Temps, Stage 1 results, distribution Map etc.) relevant to preparing the SMP. I consulted with Wendy Marshall USEPA, to review draft SMP before completing. After her review and comments I completed the SMP on 2/23 and sent it to the city to submit to the EPA. ACTION NEEDED: None for Stage 2 DBPR unless requested by system. | ||
